All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Standard Shipping - 2 to 4 business days // $4.99, or free for orders $30+

Expedited Shipping - 1 to 2 business days // $8.99

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Returns

We offer free 45-day returns for any of our customers with customer accounts. Without an account, the customer will be responsible for a $5.99 return shipping fee. Sign up for a customer account here.

If your item is damaged through regular use within the first 6 months of wear, please send an email to support@cushionaire.com with a description and images of the issue. Our dedicated support team will gladly work with you to find a satisfactory solution in a prompt manner.
