Terms and Conditions for Cushionaire Giveaway

  1. Eligibility:

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Cushionaire, their affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

  1. Entry Period:

The giveaway begins on November 21st, 2024, and ends on November 28th, 2024. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

  1. How to Enter:

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  1. Subscribe to our newsletter (link in bio)
  2. Tag 2 friends in the comments of the giveaway post
  3. Follow @Cushionaire and @happeningsofkendra
  4. Like this giveaway post
  5. Extra Entry – share to story
  6. Prizes:

Three winners will be selected:

  • 1st Prize: $150 Cushionaire Gift card
  • 2nd Prize: $150 Cushionaire Gift card
  • 3rd Prize: $150 Cushionaire Gift card
  1. Winner Selection:

Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or around December 1st. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  1. Winner Notification:

Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform used to enter. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

  1. Prize Redemption:

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards must be redeemed after the announcement of the winners.

  1. Privacy:

By participating, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

  1. Publicity Release:

By entering, you grant Cushionaire permission to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

  1. General Conditions:

Cushionaire reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activities. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or any other social media platform.

  1. Governing Law:

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
